没影响
1不是每个人都要割，至于你需不需要去看医生。
2什么年龄割都可以，二三十岁割的大有人在。
3当然割的越早是越好的，因为割后许久，甚至数年，都会处于相对敏感的状态。
4不知道自卑从何而来？没割包皮自卑？？？？不太能理解
